APPEARANCE:
Brick red with a slight purple hue.
NOSE:
The 2004 has rich concentrated blackberry fruit on the bouquet with
hints of pepper and spices with subtle oak.
PALATE:
The palate follows on with rich sweet fruit Shiraz flavours of
blackberry and dark plum, balanced with good acidity and fine long
tannins.
CELLARING:
Can be enjoyed now but will reward those who have patience to cellar
for 7 - 10 years.
