NOSE:
A fresh tropical bouquet displays characters of pineapple, pawpaw
and honeydew melon.
PALATE:
The wine is lively on the palate and offers mouth filling tropical
fruit characters. It has great length and persistence. There is some
grassiness on the finish which is soft and rounded.
WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS:
Made from grapes grown on the oldest Chardonnay vines in the
Padthaway region. Unwooded in style, it reveals varietal Padthaway
Chardonnay in its purest form.
